How it actually randomizes

Guessing video IDs from the URL almost never hits a real song. AlgoBreak does this instead.

A random genre, country, year, instrument, or language — highlife, city pop, qawwali, not another English-language radio track.

Songs only

YouTube Music is asked for audio tracks. Music videos, shorts, and podcasts are dropped.
